The photographs in this book are beautiful, however the content of the book itself falls a little short. I was hoping to find more down home recipes that could’ve been passed down from your grandmother. Instead, there are some basics but most of the recipes are more exotic combinations like pear and chocolate crumble. While these recipes sound great, they are not the everyday recipes that I had hoped for.
